Privacy Policy for Mobile Apps & Games
Effective date / Last updated: 24 October 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Lexora Labs ("we", "us" or "our") collects, uses, shares and protects information when you use any of our mobile applications and games (each an "App", together the "Apps"), including those distributed through Google Play.
This policy applies to every App we publish now or in the future, unless a specific App links to a different privacy policy. Where an App needs to handle data in a way not described here, we will tell you inside that App before it happens, and the App's Google Play "Data safety" section will describe it. Our website is covered by our separate website Privacy Policy.
Summary
- Most of our Apps work without an account, and we do not ask for your name, email address or phone number to play or use them.
- Game progress, settings and content you create are stored on your device unless an App clearly offers cloud saving or sync.
- Free Apps may show ads. Ad partners may use your device's Advertising ID and related data, subject to your consent and settings.
- All payments are handled by Google Play. We never see or store your card or bank details.
- We do not sell your personal information.
- You can ask us to access or delete your data at any time by emailing contact@lexoratools.com.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information you give us
- Support and feedback: if you email us or use an in-app feedback option, we receive your email address, your message and any details you choose to include (such as screenshots or device information).
- Account information (only in Apps that offer sign-in): if an App lets you sign in (for example with Google or Google Play Games), we may receive your account ID, display name, profile picture and, where you allow it, your email address.
- Content you create: documents, drawings, notes, game saves or other content you create in an App stays on your device unless the App clearly offers cloud backup, sync or sharing and you choose to use it.
1.2 Information collected automatically
When you use an App, we and our service providers may automatically collect:
- Device information: device model and manufacturer, operating system and version, screen size, language, time zone, app version and mobile network type.
- Identifiers: the Android Advertising ID, Android App Set ID, Firebase installation ID or similar app-instance identifiers. These identify a device or installation, not you by name.
- Usage and gameplay data: screens viewed, features used, levels reached, session length, in-app events, and how you interact with ads.
- Diagnostics: crash logs, error reports and performance data used to find and fix bugs.
- Approximate location: your country or region, derived from your IP address, used for ad delivery, legal compliance (such as consent requirements) and fraud prevention. We do not collect precise (GPS) location unless an App's feature needs it and you grant the permission.
1.3 Purchase information
When you make an in-app purchase or start a subscription, Google Play processes the payment and shares limited transaction details with us, such as the order ID, purchase token, product purchased, date, purchase status and country/currency. See In-App Purchases & Subscriptions.
1.4 Information we do not collect
We do not intentionally collect sensitive information such as health data, financial account numbers, government ID numbers, contacts, SMS or call logs, and we do not access your files outside the App's own storage unless you choose to open, import or share a file.
2. How We Use Information
We use the information described above to:
- provide, operate and maintain the Apps and their features, including saving your progress and preferences;
- process, verify and restore in-app purchases and subscriptions, and deliver the items or features you bought;
- show advertising, including optional rewarded ads, and measure how ads perform;
- understand how the Apps are used so we can improve gameplay, design and performance;
- detect, diagnose and fix crashes, bugs and technical problems;
- prevent fraud, cheating, abuse and unauthorized access;
- respond to your questions, feedback and support requests;
- comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
We do not use your information for any purpose that is not disclosed in this policy, in the App, or in the App's Google Play listing.
3. Advertising
Many of our free Apps are supported by ads. Ads may appear as banners, full-screen (interstitial) ads, native ads, app-open ads, or rewarded ads that you choose to watch in exchange for an in-app reward.
Our Apps use Google AdMob and may also use other ad networks or mediation partners (see Third-Party Services). These partners may collect and use your Advertising ID, IP address, device information and ad interaction data to show ads, limit how often you see the same ad, measure ad performance, prevent ad fraud and, where you allow it, show personalized ads based on your interests.
Your advertising choices
- Consent (EEA, UK and Switzerland): if you are in these regions, the App will ask for your consent before personalized ads are shown, using Google's consent tools. You can change your choice at any time from the App's privacy or settings menu, where available.
- U.S. state privacy rights: where required by law, you can opt out of the use of your data for targeted advertising from the App's privacy settings, where available, or by contacting us.
- Advertising ID controls: on Android you can reset or delete your Advertising ID at any time in your device settings (usually Settings → Privacy → Ads, or Settings → Google → Ads). Once it is deleted, apps can no longer use it for personalized ads.
- Ad-free options: some Apps offer a one-time purchase or subscription that removes ads.
If you decline personalized ads, you will still see ads, but they will be non-personalized (based on context, such as the App you are using and your general location).
4. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions
- All purchases and subscriptions in our Apps are processed by Google Play's billing system. Your payment information is handled by Google under the Google Payments Privacy Notice.
- We never receive or store your credit/debit card number, bank details or billing address.
- We receive transaction details (order ID, purchase token, product, date, status, country/currency) and use them only to deliver and restore your purchases, verify they are genuine, prevent fraud, provide support, and meet tax and accounting obligations.
- You can view, manage or cancel subscriptions at any time in the Google Play Store app under Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Uninstalling an App does not cancel a subscription.
- Refunds are handled according to Google Play's refund policies. You may also contact us for help.
- Virtual currency and items bought in our games have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
5. Analytics, Crash Reporting & Game Services
- Analytics: some Apps use tools such as Google Analytics for Firebase to understand, in aggregate, how the App is used (for example, which levels are hardest or which features are popular).
- Crash reporting: some Apps use tools such as Firebase Crashlytics to collect crash logs and device state so we can fix problems. We also receive aggregated crash and performance statistics from Google Play.
- Google Play Games Services: games that support it may use your Play Games player ID, gamer name and avatar for sign-in, achievements, leaderboards and cloud saves. This data is governed by your Google account settings and Google's Privacy Policy.
- Cloud save and sync: where an App offers it and you turn it on, your progress or content is stored on secure cloud servers (for example Google Play Games saved games or Firebase) so you can restore it on a new device.
6. Device Permissions
Our Apps request only the permissions needed for their features. Depending on the App, these may include:
- Internet and network state: to show ads, process purchases, load online content, analytics and crash reports.
- Advertising ID (AD_ID): used by ad and analytics partners as described above, in Apps that show ads.
- Billing: to make purchases through Google Play.
- Notifications: to send reminders or updates. On Android 13 and later you will be asked first, and you can turn notifications off at any time.
- Vibration: for haptic feedback in games.
- Camera, microphone, photos/media or location: only in Apps with a feature that needs them (for example scanning a document or picking an image). These are requested at the moment you use the feature, are used only for that feature, and can be revoked in your device settings.
7. Third-Party Services
Depending on the App, we may use one or more of the following service providers. Not every App uses every provider; each App's Google Play "Data safety" section shows what that App collects and shares. These providers process data under their own privacy policies:
- Google Play Services & Google Play Games Services — Google Privacy Policy
- Google AdMob — How Google uses data from AdMob apps
- Google Analytics for Firebase & Firebase Crashlytics — Firebase Privacy & Security
- Google Play Billing — Google Payments Privacy Notice
- Unity Ads / Unity LevelPlay — Unity Privacy Policy
- AppLovin — AppLovin Privacy Policy
- Meta Audience Network — Meta Privacy Policy
8. How We Share Information
We share information only in the following cases:
- Service providers: with the providers listed above that help us deliver ads, process payments, run analytics, report crashes and host data, and only for those purposes.
- Legal reasons: when required by law, court order or a valid government request, or to protect the rights, safety and property of our users, us or others.
- Business transfers: if an App or our business is sold, merged or transferred, user information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this policy.
- With your consent: for any other purpose, with your permission (for example when you choose to share content from an App).
We do not sell your personal information for money. Under some U.S. state laws, allowing ad partners to use identifiers for targeted advertising may be considered "selling" or "sharing"; you can opt out as described in Advertising.
9. Data Retention
- Data on your device (settings, saves, content you create) stays until you delete it, clear the App's data, or uninstall the App.
- Support emails are kept for as long as needed to resolve your request and for a reasonable period afterwards (normally no longer than 24 months).
- Purchase records are kept for as long as required by tax, accounting and consumer protection laws.
- Analytics and crash data are kept by our providers for limited periods (for example, Firebase user-level analytics data for up to 14 months and Crashlytics crash data for about 90 days), after which they are deleted or aggregated.
- Cloud saves and accounts are kept while your account is active or until you ask us to delete them.
- Data held by third-party providers is retained according to their own policies.
10. Deleting Your Data
You can delete your data at any time:
- On your device: uninstall the App, or go to Settings → Apps → [App name] → Storage → Clear data. This removes all data the App stored locally.
- Accounts and cloud data: in Apps that offer an account or cloud saving, use the delete option in the App's settings where available.
- By email: send a request to contact@lexoratools.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request". Please include the App name and, if possible, your player/account ID or the email address used in the App, so we can find your data.
We will confirm your request and delete your account and associated personal data within 30 days, except for limited information we must keep by law (such as purchase records for tax purposes) or to prevent fraud. Advertising and analytics data linked only to your device's identifiers can also be removed by resetting or deleting your Advertising ID.
11. Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. Data sent between our Apps and online services is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS, access to any data we hold is restricted, and data stored on your device is kept in the App's private storage, protected by Android's app sandbox. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and will act promptly if we become aware of a security issue.
12. Children's Privacy
Some of our Apps, particularly casual games, may be designed for or appeal to children. We follow Google Play's Families Policy and applicable laws such as the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the GDPR.
- We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country) without verifiable parental consent.
- In Apps directed at children, we do not show personalized (interest-based) ads, do not collect precise location, do not collect or transmit the Advertising ID or other persistent identifiers from children for advertising, and use only ad networks that are certified for Google Play's Families program.
- Apps intended for a general audience that may also attract children may ask for your age in a neutral way, and treat users who indicate they are children accordingly.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information to us, please contact us at contact@lexoratools.com and we will delete it.
13. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- access the personal information we hold about you and receive a copy of it;
- correct inaccurate information;
- delete your information;
- restrict or object to certain processing, including processing for advertising;
- receive your information in a portable format;
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing that took place before;
- opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information, or of targeted advertising;
- not be discriminated against for exercising your rights;
- lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
These rights may arise under laws such as the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), U.S. state privacy laws (including the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA), Brazil's LGPD and India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. To exercise them, email contact@lexoratools.com. We may need to verify your request, and because most of the data we handle is linked to device identifiers rather than your name, we may ask for your player/account ID or other details to find it. We will respond within 30 days or the period required by law.
Legal bases (EEA/UK users)
We process personal data on the following legal bases: to perform our contract with you (providing the App and purchases you request); your consent (for example for personalized ads, which you can withdraw at any time); our legitimate interests (keeping the Apps secure, fixing crashes, improving our Apps and showing non-personalized ads), balanced against your rights; and compliance with legal obligations.
14. International Data Transfers
Our Apps are available worldwide, and our service providers (such as Google) may process information in countries other than your own, including the United States. Where required, these transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
15. App-Specific Disclosures
Because this policy covers all of our Apps, some sections apply only to Apps that have the relevant feature (for example ads, purchases, sign-in or cloud saves). For each App:
- the Google Play "Data safety" section describes what that App collects and shares;
- if an App needs to access or collect data in a way you might not expect, it will show a clear in-app notice explaining what is collected and why, and ask for your consent before doing so;
- a link to this policy is available on the App's Google Play listing and inside the App.
16. Links to Other Websites and Services
Apps and ads may contain links to third-party websites, apps or services that we do not operate. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies.
17. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example when we release a new App, add a feature, or when laws change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. If we make material changes, we will provide additional notice, such as inside the App. Continuing to use an App after an update means the updated policy applies.
